When a refund is due, Insignia College provides it to students within thirty (30) days of:
If a refund is due and students have paid for, but not received textbooks and or other course materials including equipment and uniforms, Insignia College refunds the fee charged for these items. In this case, the student provides a notice of withdrawal or Insignia College provides a notice of dismissal to the student or the student does not attend any of the first 30% of the hours of instruction of the program.
Please note: – If a refund is due, the student record must include evidence that the refund was issued

· The institution fails to provide the work experience within 30 days of the contract end date unless the registrar determines the institution was prevented from doing so by circumstances beyond its control. | 100% tuition and all related fees, other than application fees. |
