If you are a foreign pilot who wants to fly for pay or reward in Canada, you must hold a valid Canadian commercial or airline transport pilot licence. This requires you to meet medical fitness, knowledge, experience and skill requirements set out in the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) Part VI, Subpart 1 – Flight Crew Permits, Licences and Ratings. This is an advanced diploma for students looking to not only convert their foreign licence to Canadian Licence, but are looking for advanced Canadian aviation education to become a professional Airline Pilot. The academic portion includes an expanded look into aviation industry in Canada which is crucial for candidates looking for Career as Airline Pilot.
Obtain the requirements set by Transport Canada for each licence candidate is looking to convert.
Provide enhanced and in depth knowledge of the aviation industry as a whole and the Canadian Aviation industry specifically, covering all the following requirements: business, operations and develop the needed skills to navigate the industry. This includes knowledge of airport operations and safety, airline procedures and systems, security measures, elementary maintenance, and how to effectively plan and develop a career in aviation.

The course for the Commercial Pilot Advanced Aviation Diploma (CPAAD) students are expected to complete approximately 560 hours to successfully complete this program.
